Structure commander not updated or up-to-date

I was on vacation for a week and checking my last touch moments I made sure I touched each structure yesterday. if it was a ship I would fly with it for a little bit. I also warped with some ships (ECC trip). None of this registered. And some ships are at 14d atm, so could be ‘destroyed’ any moment.
I tried to refresh today, but again, no change in last touch moment on HWS connect structure commander. I hope it just does not shows data correctly and my structures are safe from destruction. Another strange thing I noticed that the ships I warped with yesterday are showing the correct last warp (24/07), but still say I have not touched the ship for 8 days.
