Stuck at loading

What happened?
=> After using teleport at Polaris Trade Station to UCHN Explorer ship during loading game stuck on loading screen. Since then i cant log in to the game. On HWS my coords are shown as 0/0/0.

Server? (EU or NA or RE)
=> HWS RE

When did it happen? (Use server time: type ingame cb:time)
=> around 1 hour ago. cant give time cause cant log in to the game. ~5.40 am gmt+1

On which Playfield?
=> I think the UCHN Explorer ship is in Beta planet system

Structure Name(s)?
=> UCHN Explorer

Structure ID(s) (Open ingame console and type di)?
=> Cannot check. Cant log in

How can we help you now?
=> Somehow unstuck my char? I think the game is stuck on loading cause my coords are broken. it shows in HWS that im on UCHN Explorer at 0/0/0

Don’t know what happened here, at what point, but I tried to warp you to your CV for now.
Maybe also try to delete your Cache > SharedData folder before joining again.

Hey, thanks for help. I could log in. I did also cleared cache just to be sure. Dunno what happened Well, anyway, thanks for your help ^^ Have a great day
