=> I bought the supporter package “All NPC Factions Honored RP”, but factions still have standard reputation.

=> TRS faction Players Olin and Icepic82 (both players where members already when the package was bought right after wipe).

=> RE EU

When did it happen? (Use server time: type ingame cb:time)
=> 05.04.2025 Paypal confirmation 1 am CEST

On which Playfield?
=> ugh, I do not remember any more, but must have been on the starter planet or in orbit or at ECC.

Structure Name(s)?
=> “Nummer eins” starter CV

Structure ID(s) (Open ingame console and type di)?
=>

How can we help you now?
=> just ensure the factions are all set to honoured once, except Zirax probably, since we have done the intro quest already and the Zirax are probably not happy with us any more

Please go back to the support page, find the package again and read the “READ ME FIRST”

that package stays queued until you spawn it in game with the do:fast command

Thanks a lot guys. I guess it was too “early” / late when I did it. I read the “Read me” of several packages, but comlpetely forgot about the spawning … :facepalm:
