Supporter Purchases Not Completing

What happened?
=> Trying to purchase the HWS Supporter and the Keep 100m credits but after I click complete purchase in the PayPal window the purchase does not complete. I am not charged and I receive no error. Many prior purchases have gone without an issue.

When did it happen? (Use server time: type ingame cb:time)
=> 9/7 between 0100 and 01:47. 4 attempts

How can we help you now?
=> Please let me know if there is an issue with the system currently and when I can try to purchase again.

Hi, there are no issues on our side.
Try another browser.

If you use Steam Overlay’s browser, that doesn’t work with PayPal.

I am using Chrome outside of the game as I have been without issues. I tried incognito, I called Paypal and they said there is no trace of an attempted transaction. So I am not sure what is going on. I really need to get the EGS and 100mil cred before the wipe.

Do you have any logs that you can see me trying to make purchases? Is there any other payment besides paypal you accept?

no, for now we only accept PayPal.
Adding more is on the list for the future.

I saw one web service was offline. Maybe that was the reason.
Please login to HWS Connect again, press CTRL + SHIFT + R and try again plz.
Also maybe one package at a time.
