We just need to know what happened in that field.
We only need two pieces of information from the entire quote above. The name, and the ID.

Also it’s very important you spell your name correctly. Your name is paradine. Not “(jvi) paridine”.

Making the ticket correctly makes it a lot easier (and faster) for us, so we can solve the issue.

But for the actual ticket itself:
I checked ingame and also couldn’t see it anywhere, so I restored it from our latest backup.
