Logged on this morning and my SV, Tarkus 1, was inside my CV, KarnEvil 9 instead of being docked on top where I left it last night (NA Server). Anyway to get it out without dissembling the roof? I already tried re logging.
Change the faction of the Sv again to private and back to faction. Or let an admin do it. Its a new super glew the devs used to fix the undock problem 
I try to warp it a few meters further. If you still have the problem and undocking with the info above does not help, let us know
