How can we help you now: Can we get the ships back? Lost them due to a bug or HWS game mechanics that we are not anticipating?

Both ships were untouched for 12 days, hence poof … as you (should) know given your playhours, touched means flown, moved, powercycle … used.

We can return them for Blocks * Devices * Days not touched
