You removed the crucial “When did it happen?” template. Would be interesting to find out what happened.
I don’t know when it happened, but I checked with the NPC on 9/5 and it reported that I was incorrectly VIP in mining. Because of T.E.A.M. glitches in previous seasons, I normally “check in” with the NPCs every so often to make sure my levels are correct and bank has the correct count of tokens. Unfortunately, I don’t know when the last time was that I checked with the Promotions Officer NPC.
Sorry for the delay. debugging dialogue stuff on live production is not so easy.

I was logged on to NA+ when I noticed your reply - here is a video of me in T.E.A.M building checking points at the terminal and then talking to the officer.
Still says I am VIP in mining…

Agriculture and Mining VIP checks are actually checking the Exploration level… ui ui ui.
