What happened:
=> My Brother (Bogles123) Who is my only faction member got disconnected in the ECC World last night, he said he was unable to log back in, needless to say he went to sleep. Meanwhile, him not understanding the taxing mechanic either, managed to drain both of our elemental bank accounts.

How can we help you now:
=> Is it possible to get a Taxation forgiveness? Any help would be greatly appreciated, our goal is to upgrade enough to be able to transfer stuff through the OCD for the new season on the 7th. Thanks!
