Teleport Bug/HWS Armor Issue

I teleported from my tp network in Scarmaba with my HWS armor on to haul materials back to my base and caught the teleport bug. I had to relog and upon logging back in, I was spawned in a Ghyst trading base which i am not friendly with. I was able to claim my backpack back but my hws armor is destroyed. I would like to have a new HWS armor since it was not my fault and I was planning on OCD it for next season. thanks!..?

My apologies - i was out of town. It would have been roughly 6:45 AM your time on December 5th. The structure it happened at was 9840595 in Mlogon. Again, sorry for the incomplete ticket. That’s my fault. Thanks again.

Technically we don’t have logs over your armor, but I do see the bug itself happening in the logs, so I’ll make an exception and repair your armor, if you put it into your inventory.
Please let me know next time you go offline, while the broken armor is in your inventory.

I don’t see it in your inventory yet. Note that by “Inventory”, I do mean inventory and not equipped. I can’t see it if it’s equipped.
A container or so is also not enough.

Hi Dark Dr. The armor has been in my inventory as requested for the past two days. Let me know if you need me to do anything else. My toon has been and will be logged out at my base. Structure ID 6381588.
