you already had a respawn. Not sure if the Watchtower is something special/donation related @RexXxuS ?

Yea it was a spawn in when we did the donor orbit and planet by Rex, I should of messaged him instead of putting in a ticket.

A Supporter Playfield includes one free HQ base spawn, which is included for restoration

I gave you the OCD Zone back, so you can place it wherever you want again now.
