Things lost while getting it out from OCD

What happened?
=> A friend of mine lost things while getting it out from OCD, prolly clicked “get” too fast. He lost some silver ore but spammed it more after, trying with lower value things. (sry for that, he is an older guy 60+ thats why i made the ticket for him)

=> pls have a look at the logs if u can see the items he didnt get out from OCD and replace them if possible, thanks in advance

to avoid this in the future, be sure the HWS in-game pop up is closed before trying to pull down subsequent items.

give it time and the admins should respond though.

arround 40-50k silver ore he said, im not sure about the exact amount, was hoping it could be seen in the logs.

Don’t worry, I can see this stuff in the logs. I just needed to know which items exactly we were talking about, since he did a lot of stuff around 17:00.

I see ~75k lost ores though. Is he sure about 40-50k?

he isnt sure about anything, after it was gone he paniced and kept trying to get other less value stuff out and lost some aswell, then he got mad and logged off like older people are…^^ im just trying to fix it for him. can very well be 75k ore lost yes.

I restored the silver ore now to his OCD.
