There was a mention of ICE just as an example only been un-banned in EU. Please can you provide some feedback as to why only in EU. If a player is unbanned then surely it should be in NA as well so that all will need to deal with the consequences.

What is the latest update regarding the whole servers OCD`s been fully wiped due to previous cheat duplications etc that occured?
Will appreciate some feedback so we can evaluate our further participation based on the fun & fairness factors.
- We have sent requests directly to the game developers directly to see if they can do something about the packet losses occurring with individual players or maybe packet loss software selectively been utilized / enabled. If we received any feedback we will let you know. That is the biggest ongoing problem at the moment which needs to be corrected.

Feedback / statement for you to consider:
Its not fun playing against cheaters and going through the lengthy miserable process of reporting them / proving it. Its not fun seeing numerous friends quite the server never to return because of it and having to continuously motivate people not to.
It`s not fair for everyone to be punished because of them although it might be the only way now to get rid of the duped resources but then it just feels like a slap in the face to be potentially placed on level playing terms again with the initial cause of the problems and all to be forgiven.
