Using the AM commands to purchase and upgrade the virtual autominers is working fine. Players are requesting that the max stack available for them be raised. Is this something I can do on my end as the server owner?

not yet. I have a ticket to redo the whole autominer to make everything adjustable.
But sadly time was not enough yet to do so.
