Vote system - last reward lost

======= NOTICE FOR HELP =======

What happened: Hi, I voted yesterday almost at midnight but I forgot to claim the reward. Today I pressed Claim reward button in HWS connect, waited for the item wrote in log - 15:39, then I went to vote server via direct link (as there was a timer wall on button in HWS connect), voted, refreshed HWS connect and voila, there was the claim button. So I pressed it, but probably didnt get the reward as it is a few hours now and I dont see any message in log. Was it planned to work this way? I accept it was my fault anyway…

Seems to have worked.

Hi Jascha, yeah, I wrote about it. But if you look at vote server I already voted 15x.

As I wrote before:
14.11.2018 I voted “14” nearly at midnight
15.11.2018 I claimed reward at 15:39. And waited for message in log about the reward.
15.11.2018 I voted “15”
15.11.2018 claimed reward, but didnt get it

Pls, look into it.

There is no entry from you doing the vote on the 14th.
The reward for the 15th you got as shown above
