What are the global limits in HWS server?

What happened:
=> My faction and I have been trying to find the global limits in HWS NA server but cannot find it. As well, we purchased a Donare planet and my question is, do bases and vessels on the donare planet count towards the global limit?

Server:
=> NA

Time (cb:time):
=> Anytime

Playfield:
=> Global and Planet Bob

Structure Name(s):
=> All PVE and PVP bases/vessels

Structure ID(s):
=> Not applicable.

unless it has changed, yes the global limits do apply but the origin requirement of living in PvPvE does not.

easiest way to calculate the faction limit for PvE: 2 + the amount of faction members. ie faction of 6 can have 8 BA, CV, SV &HV. faction limits and private limits are separate.

thank you for all your information everyone. Anyone know what the PVP limits are? I couldn’t find this either.
