What is a cpu bridge? and why cant I make them?

So there’s not mention of “optronic bridges” in the HWS announcement by @RexXxuS, it mentions ‘optronic matrix’ but not bridges?
what are they, how do we get them?
anyone know?

Check POIs, I have found a couple that way myself.

I believe the requirement for T3 (optronic bridges) you will need to find in loot from POIs. The requirement for T4 (optonic matrices) can be built or found as loot. The bridges are far more common in loot at the minute. I’ve found 1 large matrix but 8 large bridges. 2 small matrices, 8 small bridges so far.
