2m bounty on eu was put before change. I think that 10m is way to much only to know the sector of the player.
1 m bounty was good. Exact position maybe 10m but cannot be put on offline player and need to give at least 15minutes bonus to the person who is tracked to change the position in case he is in his secret base in deep space also comprehensive of alarm sound in this time.
I think the biggest problem is warnings. Having a popup on login and warnings on playfield change might be good. That was @ZipSnipe complaint he had no idea.
Well I think the sound warning can be placed similar to what we get when it is in the ECC space, something like a Star Trek Red Alert sound, or something of the genre along with a similar dialogue box when you pick us up when we go to pick up FA Supply.
