What happened?
=> finnished it all, and get the last task to go to clone terminal. But to get there, i need a key. I never got a key.
When i talk to the mayor, she gives me the same task i got before the come back in 24h thing happens. But i have already completed this.

looks like there’s still more to do at the underwater city, did you help all 3 people there? You can check the boxes in that mission because of problems, but if you skip the wrong part you have to do it without the pda

so, i went back to that area, did it all again, still nothing!

It still gives me the give stew thingy! tho, i have done all that!

The PDA does not tell anything, cause you can just auto complete everything.
So it is all about the Dialogues. Aand the Dialogue Database tells me that you did not complete the Underwater City questline 100%. The WaterMan variable must be 5 to go on at the Mayor.
That is all I can help you with. It all works guys but we try to improve the usability in the future. PDA sync etc.
