I fight a lot of POI today and they’re all non-harm.
Turrets are ok, but sentrries not even tracking you.
Aliens (zirax etc.) are tracking you but not shooting…
Happened on EU-Lavaworld and had same issue few days ago on SAN-Lavaworld.
Hope it will help you to make this game better
