Vanished how, and from where? Was it physically placed, or in a container, etc.?
It was placed and active in the CV. I had been flying it for some time. I flew another ship out of the system and upon returning I noticed that the Jefferson was uncored. I boarded the ship and observed that the core was missing entirely.
Thanks for the explanation. I checked the logs, and the core disappeared 08:52 today, ~20 minutes before you placed it, while you were piloting the ship, and your friend were also nearby.
A core randomly disappearing due to a bug is not something I’ve heard of in tickets before, so it seems a lot more likely to me that you or one of your friends killed it by accident.
This type of issue is normally not something we can help without a video of the loss happening. We have a guide on recording here: Recording your gameplay in Empyrion
For now, I’ll assume it was a simple mistake by one of you, and return the core as a one-time exception

That’s odd because I spawned the ship with that core days ago. I wonder if it has anything to do with the switch I added to time delay a ship shutdown after beaming out. I’ll remove that just to be safe.
