and why did they get deleted?

They will respawn where they were, when they were deleted.

The reason they were deleted is due to an extremely common and old game bug, that randomly deletes ships that have been docked.

The command has been implemented, so users can get their ships back by themselves.

And before you ask: I renamed My Ship, its all the same ID.
My new “BLACKBOX” has the ID 4502767 Would be nice to see the Zones attached there

you can only attach one zone to each structure. it will overwrite the existing zone as soon as you apply another

Well, i didnt know about that. However it seemed to work for me!
All the Zones worked at this ship, soooo … to be honest I dont know what you mean
