First off it is very important to fill out the entire ticket template to get faster assistance from the admins.
The HWS prox log will only show structures that are powered on and over a specific block count. It is very possible they lost power and were destroyed by another player. That is the risk of living in PvP
Check out rule 9.1
Prologue
PvP means Player versus Player.
While HWS has Instances and Events where assets are provided and replaced, the classic suvival PvP experience means that a player can lose everything, he/she spent many hours to gather it.
This can make PvP emotional.
Thus the key to success is preparation and planning.
PvE means Player versus Environment.
While PvE is mostly safer that PvP, there are also situations where you might lose a lot of your progress because of a bug or bad game mechanic.

For an interpretation as well:
I have been living in HWS since about October 2018. What I thought PvP was as opposed to what it actually is are 2 very different things indeed.
At first I thought I could safely explore the area and see what it had to offer. Maybe witness an exchange of bullets in the distance. Chat up a bit and head back. I quickly realized how wrong I was when someone was barreling down on me telling me โStep out of your ship please.โ He did say โpleaseโ I will admit.
Months of complaining and combat logginโฆ
