=> After a long absence, all my structures were deleted. Is it possible to bring back one of my ships (name: StarBASE id: 3393743) that used an Alien Core, so that I can keep it in my OCD with recycle. Or, just add 1 Alien Core to my OCD.

please make note on the HWS Guide section

If you know your going to be away for more than a month then we do a ā€˜support usā€™ for keeping structures while on holiday.

but for restoration it would be up to admins to decide / if the structure still exists in our database, @Dr.Dark would be the person to contact with this.

Hey, @undro.

Your base was deleted 1,5 month ago, and last used 3 months ago :slight_smile: Thereā€™s nothing we can do here; I donā€™t think we even have backups anymore.

Also as Gareth said, the ā€œKeep Structures (Holiday)ā€ package exists for this purpose.
