Cross-server warp error- did not overwrite EU char / former stranded

How can we help you now:
=> overwrite resistant EU avatar with import, please
(a failed char exists on EU server, cross.server.warp did not over-write)
former NA char currently stranded with nothing, in space, cannot revert, waited 15 minutes shall update if circumstance demands it.

{edit} 1 hour - savegame directory cleared (30 mins ago) in case the cache did something unpredictable. still lost in space server side NA, when i log into the EU server it’s the old char that i gave up in favour of playing with a friend on the NA server.
still not overwritten by the cross-server warp process.

Hey,

could you please send us your correct ingame name. I can’t find you under that name.
The issue might be due to the server restart. Biut can be fixed.

Just log in to EU and move a bit and WAIT 1 minute.
You logged out directly and therefore the process was not completed.

Please read the CSW manual

doing so will update
(ships appear in the registry but at the warp system not, where the char is)
