What happened?
=> CSW from RE NA to RE EU after purchasing 3x of Mace’s laser upgrade kit vender package. Had 750 laser upgrade kits in my logistics hotbar, and all were deleted when I jumped to RE EU

The connected toolbar is in general a badly implemented game feature. Any abrupt disconnect of it will almost certainly cost you whatever you had in it, plus the fact that it’s completely invisible to the API.
Said in another way, we don’t have logs of what you lost, CSW cannot see what you had in it (nor transfer it to the other server), and the moment you start the CSW you trigger an abrupt disconnect.
Overall, very bad combination
Normally we would need a video (Recording your gameplay in Empyrion) to be able to help with this kind of issues where we don’t have logs, but as a one-time exception I’ll take your word for it.
They’re back in your inventory on RE NA now.
