CSW made game crash upon entering RE EU, lost player inventory and entire toolbelt items (voidium drill/origin gun)

What happened?
=> CSW made game crash upon entering RE EU, resulting in the lost of my entire player inventory (replacable but worked for it ) and entire toolbelt items including a brand new intact voidium drill(very costy to replace) , and my dealer origin gun (could get another one from Ecc at worst… )

=> well like i mentionned after each “missing things” between those (…) if you can restore the inventory and toolbelt that would be awesome , but if all can’t be restore , could i at least get the voidium drill back , i have some spare stuff to replace items/weapons , but its not like i got blown up or something … the pop up : continue, continue n mail, mail and quit , kept returning after i click continue… waiting for server to catch up but gave me a blank hud and game froze… had to close GeForce Now Session to relaunch the game which occured after server restart at 00:00 im just unlucky with server issues these last weeks

Hi, @Korgul.

You’re not unlucky. In this case, the reason is that you use GeForce NOW. It’s not officially supported by Eleon.
Therefore it’s a lot more likely to cause bugs, which is also why we in our “Will you recieve help?” documentation have the following:

If you play via Geforce Now we can’t help you at all. It’s a system Eleon does not support at all so you do it at your own risk and accept the losses automatically. (Only exception would be video proof again)

So, sorry, we can’t help here. I’d highly advise you to play Empyrion directly from Steam. Then we can help for future bugs (which become a lot less common for you).

didnt know that but my laptop is limit overheating when playing it at ultra low settings . but all good i,ve replace most of my stuff and credits . thanks for checking it
