What happened?
=> I rebuilt a CV and it was showing as flagged for deletion in structure commander. I changed it from private to faction and now it is normal in structure commander. I am assuming that I had to many private ships. Is that the reason? I thought it might have been
because I destroyed the core and put in another one during the rebuild.

=> where is a good source for these rules? Like if it was not used for fifteen days, change out the core, to many privat or faction bases or ships etc? I cannot find where the ship/base limits are listed.
