So I had a CV being constructed in the factory with a build time of around 21 hours and a fair amount of resources were used. It completed yesterday and as usual it goes into the ready to deploy/spawn section of the factory interface. I was under time restrictions last night due to RL, so I didn’t have time to spawn it. But before I logged I had cued up small BA to construct overnight like a 4 hour build time. So I log in this morning and open the factory and some type a error occurred apparently accessing the data about my factory and the CV is gone now and the BA is also. Although it appears I was refunded the materials for the BA. The CV appears to be a total loss of materials and time. Is there any admin help that can be offered in this instance or am I just sol?

My Apologies, only been on this server for a couple weeks.
Server: HWS NA PvP 5.0
Time: Jan 4, 2017 approx : between 9-10 am , when pressing F2 to access Factory.
Name of Ship: No ID available because it was not spawned yet, but it was the Gepard CV from Steam workshop. The second cued item was Arch-barebones Edition also from the steam workshop.

Alright regarding this best would be if you open the console if this happens (there are the raw log output causes outputted) or just send us your Client logs please.

Ok, there is the reason and solution.
Blueprints are saved locally yes. In your Saves/Cache/SERVER… folder. If you login via another computer (or delete these folders) then this will happen. (I put it into the FAQ, maybe it helps in the future…)
If the loss is really high I can see what I can do. Otherwise please be careful next time.

As Far as the loss, I would say being only on the server for a a week or two now…it kinda was a big loss being new on the server. But definitions of High Loss vary on length of time played server I would suppose.
If it possible to replace ship or reimburse lost materials that would be great.

As far as I know no because the timestamp of your player already moved on and overwritten other data regarding this action.
