Today after midnight returned my ship BOPOH to the planet Pandora. But according to the logs the ship was attacked in orbit of Armageddon and destroyed by the faction PAK. How can this be? Can I return the vehicle?

It is not destroyed. After I captured it my friends and I flew it to Pandora. It is now sitting on an island near where you have my old ship which you captured last week. Seems like Karma to me. Your ship was sitting by the warp point from Elemental Bank. I just captured it and recored it which is perfectly legal. I cannot help it if the ship was left there. We got 3 ships in exactly the same way when they were left at the warp point some weeks ago.

HWS Get support threads are not “tickets to admins”. If they were, they would become much less powerful. What they are is a way for a player to say “hey, something wierd happened, please help”. That help may come from a fellow player who has experienced the same thing, an admin if when they see it, or in your case, another player who has more information. Regardless, you should expect responses other than admin, as vet players will frequently try to help out the admins if we see a thread before they do by gathering more pertinent information (for example you would not believe how many people forget to mention their player name, and server they are on). If you are certain that you in fact flew all the way to pandora, and left the ship there, but aeon is sure he found it on warp, now that is an insidious bug if ever I heard one.
A note though,
DaddyStu is on that intruder log you just posted. That means he in fact saw your ship there. And the log itself seems to support it being in sierra nebula for atleast an hour…

A total of four of us saw it there and helped bring it to pandora (eu). All listed in log you posted.
Dont suppose you have any video of your session ending in you making it to the planet? What time did you log out? And here is the kicker: did you by chance happen to have your ship go inexplicably invisible on your screen after the warp from market or armageddon, but keep travelling?

I lost my ship to RED and PIR last week and would like it back, but I lost it fair and square. I found your ship on my way back from Gabriel in the Sierra Nebula and captured it, also fair and square. Your log shows that I did it in the Sierra Nebula which is fair game, so deal with it. No one is happy about losing a ship but we have to accept it as part of the game and move on. I had a nice chat with one of your faction mates about losing my ship. He even complimented me on how good a ship mine was and offered to sell it back to me. I did not take up his offer and my ship is lying in your junkyard on Pandora, which is such a waste. Maybe you would like to make a swap? except I now have a shiny new ship that I wanted to try out anyway.

I recommend always recording game sessions in empyrion, especially on HWS. Video is your best ally when things get… wierd. Otherwise it is just your word against logs.
Can you provide a video recording tool recommendation? Totally unfamiliar with this.
I use XSPlit, it is completely free, and very low overhead. You can even just delete files you dont need anymore, after say a week. But it always helps to have video when stuff goes wrong, because you will NOT have time enough to start up a recording by the time you realize something broke or was suspicious. I just start it up at the beginning of the night, and shut it down at the end, will even stream directly to Twitch, with a watermark.

I use Radeon ReLive - only used a few times so far - simple enough and very small FPS drop.
