Sorry. My advise for improvement are either:
- Disallow this as a separate rule (already provided this)
- Increase the interest rate from 1% -> 2% at eb lvl5 (instead of 5%). This promotes teamwork without creating an absurd imbalance.
Adding a heft fee to the eb:Send is imo wrong as it also punishes the good players.
Yes some players do this and soon other players follow. It only requires 1 person to do it and the rest of the server will soon follow. I’m more worried about the fact that I’m the only person who sees this as a ‘problem’. Meaning that a lot of other people who also figured this out were keeping it a secret to abuse it.
Even if it just “downgraded” instead of wiped, that would be a lot more balanced, you still would have to burn 70 mil at the beginning of the season, but its not a FULL loss, and recoverable with the donor option. But in reality, to make it viable, a better option is to lift the cap on the donor pack.
Just saw this, for the record, I wasnt complaining, just trying to present alternatives that might help to make it a little more fully fleshed out/balanced.
The new item is the logical correct one:

I cannot agree with such logic. Auto Miner Core is a component and a part of Auto Miner, so it is kinda fueling the capital vessel with warp drives for traveling :-/
But I believe it is ok to spend some cores for upgrades, i.e, 1 core for lvl1, 2 cores for lvl2 etc and 17 cores for lvl9 and 25 for lvl10 to match the resource amount they produce.
Currently auto miner cores are quite rare(unless it is subject to change, please correct me if I am wrong) and seems that T3 auto miner (which requires only one core) is much more profitable. And assuming taxes for getting mined resources it looks much less profitable or even worse(I believe you cannot get cores for free like blue crystals on the moon so it would cost you something).
Rex has in fact hinted that AM cores would be slightly more plentiful. But to be fair, if you raided ANY POI in 5.0 you would have no trouble finding AM cores just laying around. Now keep that in mind, and remember that POI regenerate automatically now…
Plus the idea of the Autominer was not supposed to be that it was cheaper than mining it yourself. It is meant to be a luxury afforded to those who can finance it at it’s various levels, a persistent source of ores with no effort to collect them, and waiting til you are ready for them. But I do like the idea of upgrading the AM with cores. Except that you would have to have about 1k autominer cores to fully upgrade an autominer using the current cost equivalency…
