Yeah more fire less frames. On other side there is balance. Planetary combat works as BAs if theres more of them can hold off class 1 SVs, HVs for a while. Also it performs, well, best i saw so far.
Problem with class 7 will be that none will die, AFT is right in this, of course you too.
Here same thing as with planetary combat would work…Class 2 CV might die at some point even with weapons we have. But noone wants to fly class 2 CV. Its dead end and its probably better to allow higher class so players wont be leaving. I still find it weird as i would reather die in class2 in smoother combat than lag around with class7 CVs doing at the end nothing exept wasting ammo.
Is there any possibility Eleon could make weapon values avivable to set in file? So you would be able to lets say set lower rate of fire for miniguns but higher dmg etc.? It would be popcorn time and huge argue about what to set, but as result there would be nice balance feedback…that would be one hell of update…
But well our biggest problem is that we are PvP players in PvE game

Yeah but this coin have two sides. More turrets less bases. For now for some protection you need 10 defence bases around one small main base, IDK what we can do but after 5.1 when devs adds missile lights and other trash - fps fall down. I remember the time… (like in oen song ) when we fighting on CV with 50k blocks and 50 plasma turrest and all goes well.
Devs do not listening us. Like Elfias says - many people think they PVP experts but we dont see they in PVP. And this PVE flowers likers send the game in wrong direction. Games with block\voxel have one big different - you can build you own ctructure ship and use it! a\And smash it yeah! - It is MUST be main goal of gameplay, But they add PVE missions and etc. They just lost it they own forest.
P.S. Do you know what they doing in 7,0 ? It is madness. They do not fix simple bugs do not add some new good deviced for mor interesting gameplay - they separate SV\HV mobile constructor - LOL. “We want mae game more fun for new players” LOL.
P.P.S. Interesting what a rat came to eleon on Alpha 5.? From this version gameplay goes worth and worth. PVE is good but is is good only for couple of days. Then all go to MP.
To be fair to devs I like 2 major things they did. Building tools, thats something i really needed and love, and terrain changes. If they would open weapon settings we would help with feedback a lot, but they should unlock all parametrs, including steering of missiles etc. Terrain change is also good, its much of difference if you just read values instead of calculating them so this should indirectly help us too.
And i think they promissed weapon changes in future so there is hope.
So to end this from my side…Rexxx you need to allow buiders to build their big crap, thats obvious, just dont go too high because you cant allow too big class and change it to smaller in middle of seasson again. I would start with lower class increaing it if it will work, but you cant let ppl to build class 7 and then tell them make it smaller again. Thats something you could have done only once. I would proceed with extreme caution.
If new player will come to starter location, will see he can build class7 he will build it and then when he will arrive to these more valuable planets with only lower class allowed he will ask why i have to build another, smaller ship to use here, i already have one. So I would avoid too big difference, simplicity is always good thing. Talking about CVs mostly here as I simply cannot even imagine class7 SV/HV, thats complete nonsense.

even single player creative mode in 7.0 with decent mainstream pc cant handle graphics with reasonable FPS when i spawn several class 7 structures, then add there multiplayer to this. I say class 7 is way too big
