Lol… Ranzeth retorts with well-thought-out and non-asinine comment, then you come along and do the exact thing he was defending you from… “I donated a bunch of money, and I should get better attention and more stuff” is all anyone hears when you post moronic comments like this… It shows, as Ranzeth pointed out, that you think your time is more valuable than anyone else’s. Let me assure you - it is not.
Its not about better attention its about being a part of the community of this server and contributing more than your salty comments

To clarify it in the end: no one was labeld as exploiters (or should be). Everyone played the game the best he / she could think of.
The only point here was that some people got owned very badly by this mechanic without a chance and while they were not PvP veterans we saw the need to make if enjoyable for everyone by admitting our mistake in full transparency and public.
Time isn’t calculated in the refund due couple of reasons but I refunded every credit for the ship sale itself.
By that feedback we learned for the feature and say again: HWS Garage is one of the most unique features - especially with the automatic spawn mechanism now - and we plan to improve it to a whole own story where you not only can get warranty of your bought ships but some other cool interactions over HWS Connect and upgrade possibilities.
That combined with the feedback in mind that we can adjust with them the PvP meta to a certain degree, some events, PvP arena modes etc. can raise.
