You can use HWS connect structure commander or the chatbot command to move your CV away from the claimed SV.
Move 100m or so away from the CV and use the command cb:getshiphere:ID
You want to use the CV’s ID# there since you can only move the vessel that belongs to you. The SV should get left behind.
You can also use the buyback command, or if it’s in pvp shoot out the core.
