I bought the keep 100m credits [permanent] 3 separate times. I had thought I could stack them to keep more credits after wipe, but it seems like I can only buy each one once.

=> I mean, it’s my mistake. Anything you can do to even me out would be great. Ideally, if you could refund the second two packages that’d be great. I’m just going to re-spend the money once my server wipes tomorrow so if not a refund then maybe some credit or something? I signed off on the TOU/refund policy but did not read it, so whatever you tell me you can/cannot do I’ll take your word for it and it’ll be all good.

Sure. Each package is 37 euros. Can ingots still be used on supporter packages? This page: HWS Ingot

Says 1 euro is 12 ingots. Can you convert them to ingots and I’ll funnel that into supporters later?
