This stuff in the screenshots is the reason I (temporarily) banned you. It’s against the rules to build inside the bounding box of POIs, as you can read in our rules here: 2. Fairplay & Gameplay
For now I spent a little time cleaning up after you.
Checking your logs, I can see that you’ve been doing this quite a bit.

Is it still a violation of the rules if I delete the spawned structures after I finish the POI?
How about flying a CV/SV/HV near/inside a POI? Is it a violation too if I remove the structures later?
Yes, it’s still against the rules. The exact rule is:
So you have to keep your structures out of POIs.
Here, there’s a big difference between “near” and “inside”. Having your structure near the POI or outside it, that’s fine, as long as it’s not parked inside the bounding box. Imagine the smallest possible rectangular box that contains the entire POI: that’s the bounding box of the POI.
Inside the POI, however, is against the rules.
