What happened?
=> I was building a new ship and put in turrets that required large upgrade kits.
Now the point is… they are gone and not visible in the factory. and they are really hard to get… i did put in 21 of those turrets..

Can you please restart your game first, and then send a screenshot of the blueprint recipe here?
I dont record my gameplay.. if thats the case… (some were not really fair..) but here is the blueprint screenshot. i putted in 21 but i needed 16 . reason because it did not update i thought well let try again en well now they are all gone…
I get that you of course prefer that this gets resolved as soon as possible, but these things sometimes take a bit. It depends on how much time we have Currently, things are quite busy for me both on HWS and IRL. Please be patient.
What type of turrets did you lose? Can you please find me the exact item name.
Thank you, but the names are unfortunately not exact enough. Due to bad naming practices from the RE developers, there are many items with very similar names, so I can’t find the right ones without the exact ones.
Perfect. Next time I notice you offline, I’ll return them as a blind one-time exception. So next time you run into similar issues, we would just need a video to be able to help, but since you say that you already set that up, that’s great.
