There are a few things that are a little unclear to me here 
Which Alien Cores would that be? And how did you lose them? And how many?
I assume you’re referring to the full wipe yesterday, right?
If you want to keep your items through a full wipe, you just have to stash your items into the OCD, and make sure you can carry enough credits over.
Depending on your Elemental Bank level, you can store up to 100 million credits.
On top of that, we have Supporter Packages that allow you to carry more.
Which compensation? Are you referring to yesterday’s wipe, or the switch from RE1 to RE 2 ~6 mpnths ago?
Once you answered these questions, I can give you a better answer
