I need help please - waiting for server approval msg

What happened:
=> Stuck at Server loading screen with “Awaiting Server Approval” - another person had the same issue a couple of days back - seems that one way to correct it is a cb:reset (i’ve tried in the tool but to no avail)

Player(s) with issue:
=> Satine

Server:
=> HWS NA

Time (cb:time):
=> Issues began approximately 48 hours ago after dying in phoenix

Playfield:
=> Phoenix

Structure Name(s):
=> NA

Structure ID(s):
=> NA

How can we help you now:

Let me know when you are online again, then I set your xp, faction and so on
