I don’t think it’s possible for the admins to actually place a harvest box on the SV again.
You’d have to do that in creative mode in singleplayer.
Also keep this in mind:

This can only be done in Creative mode.
If you make a Template of your ship and repair it to that template, it would have been back again.

You can CSW to the other server and do the cave mission there and get a new copy of the ship though:
Also people sometimes sell their caveships, I tend to go through 4 or 5 a season as a result.
Finally you can get a much better SV miner if you buy it from the HWS Garage, they are expensive though.
