Lost credits for SV charge (fixed for others on other thread)

How can we help you now: This issue to my knowledge has been resolved, please see the link below but I still do not have any credits in my Elemental Bank and it shows a debt of 4.8mil credits.

Please can you let me know if I am not checking this correctly or if I was accidentally missed out during the fix.
