I completely understand that it’s frustrating. Unfortunately, Empyrion is a very buggy games, and bugs like this are sadly common.
A lot of issues, we can help with without videos, but specifically issues related to damaged structures or individual items (ie. anything that’s not your inventory as an entirety), we don’t have logs over.
The armor you’re wearing, we’re also blind towards.
Some of it is due to API limitations, from what Eleon give us, and other parts is caused by the logs being too complex for us to navigate in.
All described above is likely true for every server in Empyrion.
And because of all this, and to keep it fair for everyone, we have made some general guidelines of what we can and what we can’t help with. A part of this policy is that we can make one blind exceptions where our logs are limited, which is based on trust from our side.
There are specific tools like Nvidia ShadowPlay or similar ones, that record your most recent 20 minutes of gameplay or so. Those are really helpful in Empyrion.
