Welcome back @Athisun
as you can read in our guide, we can’t provide proper help for such issues anymore.
We are basically blind in that regard and we can never fully follow what the players did.
In that case I don’t even know what items and why and what exactly happened.

I know as a player you just want your stuff back but we must fully follow through everything to provide a fair support system for everyone.
