=> Restore my lost inventory. I remember I’ve lost a lot of healing items and ammo. I’d greatly appreciate it, otherwise my first raided POI will be my last for a while.
sounds like business as usual in a survival game. i recommend asking the community for assistance on this one. there are many very generous players out there more than willing to impress new players with their vast wealth
As Bob said, in these kinds of situations, it’d a good idea to ask the community for help ingame. They’re typically very helpful, and they can often help in other ways than we can in a ticket.
Is this the stuff you lost (except for the toolbar of course)?
Yes, that’s it! I’ve recently build Hydroponic Bays for this and that but ran out of bones for fertilizers and nobody had any and I really dislike begging for healing items. I’m surprised I had this little and now I feel like I’ve wasted your time.
Neither the less, those are the items and I’d appreciate if you could restore them. They might not seem like a lot once you put actual hours into the game, but for me, they will decide whether I can fight the next Poi or have to retreat.
Normally this is not sometimes we can help with, especially since dying is a regular gameplay aspect
The community, however, can often help with these kinds of problems easily ^^
But for now I’ll make an exception and return the items. They are in your inventory now. And don’t worry, we don’t really judge whether something is “a lot” or not, since it’s heavily different based on which stage of the game you’re at. If it’s a lot to you, that’s good enough for us.

The issue was not that I’ve died, but that, when I picked up my bag, I died again in the exact second it took to load the bag which I opened with Ctrl F and all of my stuff simply despawned.

And for such cases it’s actually super easy to help, if you just record a video and send it with your ticket. Our logs are limited, so we can’t tell what happened without a video
