Technically, dQgnflua is right, but it won’t help in this case. Not when it’s a connected toolbar issue. The connected toolbar is a very buggy feature, and any abrupt disconnect will almost certainly mean you lose whatever you had in it.
Also, we don’t have logs about it.
We will normally need a video (see guide here) to be able to help with such losses, but in this case I can make a one-time exception.
The below is what it looks like was lost, based on our logs, from your 23:16 ocd:get request. Did you lose all of the items in my screenshot? Or did you get some of it?
Yes, as you can confirm in the picture I sent in my original post, the things in your screenshot are all the things I lost. Due to lost connection with the logistic network I didn’t get any of them. Thank you for your trouble.
p.s. I wasn’t aware of the live recording guide. I will follow this suggestion from now on. Ty
