What happened?
=> I had a large reactor, some steel block and heavy windows in my connection bar when the server restarted. They were no longer in any container or on my connection bar when the server came back online. I really only care about the reactor as it took a long time to get all teh components for it as a single player.

Server? (+ EU or + NA or RE EU or RE NA)
=> RE NA
When did it happen? (Use server time: type ingame cb:time) Friday, 28 March 2025 1800, approximately.

Structure ID(s) (Open ingame console and type di)?
=> 23551233, 23394436
How can we help you now?
=> I would like to retrieve the lost Large Reactor core, it takes too long to get the components to simply ignore. Playing for a week to have a server restart remove a week of progress would make you not want to play the game anymore.
The connected toolbar is a pretty buggy feature, and if itâs at any point abruptly disconnected, youâre basically guaranteed to lose whatever you had in it.
We also donât have logs over it, so we normally need a video of the loss happening to be able to help.
Said in another way: only have the connected toolbar enabled when youâre using it âhere and nowâ.
But no worries, as a one-time exception Iâll take your word for it, and return it next time I notice you offline
Weeeeeelllllll⌠keep in mind that thereâs a full wipe in exactly one week from today
But donât worry, you can save items across if you want.
Thank you and understood. I played previously and was aware of the toolbar issue. I was upgrading the core when the notification came up and I went to disconnect the toolbar but, it kicked me before I could. Thanks again.
Always be extra careful about what youâre doing within 30 minutes of a server restart. The restart happen at the exact same times every day*, so itâs easy to plan after
*Except tuesday night, where itâs 1 hour delayed.
