What happened?
=> my entire farm hydro bays have been reset to plain hydroponic bays ā¦that 173 bays (gathering/crafting them since feb 2023) lost 13 last season without reasons as well ill fix the 13 from last season no problems⦠but 173 no thank you.

=> if you could just restore the bays like they were it would be nice ⦠the base was full in O2, fuel , pentax and runs on a alien core ā¦shouldnt have happened ā¦last season i ran low on cpu or power - my fault - that why im saying the 13 is on me but thats why the base is on a lien core too )

I am not much into Reforged Eden gameplay, so forgive me for my lacking knowledge here. As I understand it, you lost the āplantsā in your hydro bays, right?
My best guess would be that when you joined the server, the DSL (dynamic structure loading) was a little too slow, and for a bit your base had no oxygen, and then that could lead to the loss.
This can happen if the area youāre in is overloaded with many or large structures.
Otherwise I have heard of hydro bays being a little bugged occasionally, and needing to be picked up and placed again. They are custom Reforged Eden content, and working in ways Eleon never intended. Sometimes this can mean fun bugs.
Unfortunately for both of these issues, we donāt really have any logs or anything we can really do to help you out
sounds like the old crop killing desync bug coming back from under the digital carpet.
happens when a structure doesnāt fully render on someoneās computer that is flying by. the game seems to think the structure is no longer airtight during this short time and kills all crops inside. sadly there is no way to prevent it. especially with the large size class designs re tends to encourage.
hey Korgul, if u can tell which ones changed to the normal ones, perhaps Dr.Dark can do something⦠@Dr.Dark i can confirm this in my own base⦠not sure on what happens but the game changes specific bayās into normal ones⦠perhaps a bug report to eleon as well Korgul
if possible, disabling the crop killing aspect would stop this from happening entirely. yes, that would open the door to exploits but how game breaking would it actually be in the long run? seems like the easiest fix that would cause the least amount of headaches.
