My OCD won't work on HWS RE NA

I joined HWS a couple years ago but I think it might have been through one that is not RE.
I think I found out how to switch servers through HWS connect…there is an option here to do that and I can see my character and personal inventory from here, I even got my daily prize.
But when I try to access my ocd from the game I still get the same error message that my character is located on another server. What am I doing wrong ?

How do I change servers?

I joined HWS a couple years ago and I think it was on the EU server ( I live in North America ) Anyways, I’m currently playing on HWS NA and I’m trying to use my OCD to save some stuff before the wipe and it won’t let me. The message is saying something about my character is on the wrong server. How do I change to the North America server ?

You can’t transfer your OCD from HWS+ to HWS RE.
