Will look into it - no worry about the wipe. We will skip it for now.

Not sure if it helps your investigation, but it seemed that the server remained fine if you stayed in the same playfield and didn’t log out or crash. Chat no longer worked, chatbot as well, but we continued to get server announcements.
The server did at one point come back up on its own, but crashed for good shortly after. Almost seemed like there was coming out of sync with the archeticture of the server

right before I couldn’t log, I posted a sell order on marketplace, it took my items but didn’t post, i also couldn’t claim anything from the pending tab, so i relogged and couldn’t connect. Not sure if its related, but strange coincidence.
Sorry guys - learned my lesson with this bad provider.
Stil no answer from support… I try as hard as I can to bring NA back online.

May I ask which provider it is? Back when I ran my servers for Dayz, I used Vilayer.com On one of my servers I would constantly get an unknown error on the dashboard. When that happened there was nothing that could be done on my end. I had to contact support every time and they would do a manual reboot on their end. When this did happen it would take them sometimes a few days to reply to me support ticket.

Till the NA server is up again I recommend you to play on the EU server and Cross Server Warp to NA with your CV later.

NA Server is up again! Finger crossed it stays so. Mars delayed to Monday.
Lol well, that didn’t last long. I went to sleep for a few hours, woke up and NA was on the server list. I connected and got an error. Went to try again and the server wasn’t there. Checking again now but it seems the NA server is down again. Might be an issue with that box. If it continues, you can request that they swap you to a new one. But if their support server continues to be this bad, I don;t know. I know it’s frustrating to deal with and we all appreciate your efforts

You have absolutely no reason to apologize to us. Thanks for all the work you guys put into these things. Running servers is a lot of work, especially when they’re populated.

will there be any issues with characters from EU interacting with our equipment on NA? And how would we get our EU selves in the NA faction?
I was wondering the same things Shad ^. Would love to play on the EU server in the meantime, but would hate to see my toon or mats get nuked b/c of something unexpected. Like flying alien monkeys.
I was thinking of doing the same thing but I hate having to start over again so soon after a wipe. I think I’m just going to wait until things are fixed on the NA side. Maybe take a break from the game, it’s so time consuming. I’ll be checking back from time to time and see how things are going. Might go buy a few of the new games released recently and give those a shot.
