Ready-made stuff of any kind is a boon to anyone who can make off with it.
Growplots are kind of important, so this goes doubly-so for them.
From my experience on this server I can say that unless you make a deal with a large faction to protect the structure it won’t survive.
Before the introduction of the marketplace I designed tradeposts all around HWS universe (see this thread) and set up several of them - did not get much positive feedback from it.
Only the mechanics of the game (PvE) can prevent from razing such structures - especially these days when HWS community keeps growing and more new players are joining in.
